Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Breathe Deep Within and BDW Apparel.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with Breathe Deep Within:

Interpretation

The words in this policy have the meaning defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

For the purpose of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Breathe Deep Within LLC, 2054 Marshall Avenue., St. Paul, MN 55104

· Products/Merchandise refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

· Orders mean a request by you to purchase merchandise from Us.

· Service refers to the Website.

· Website refers to Breathe Deep Within, accessible from breathedeepwithin.com

· You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

You are welcome to cancel your order within 48 hours of placing your order online. Please contact us by email: breathedeepwithin@gmail.com

BDW will reimburse you immediately. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Refund Policy

The deadline for a refund is 14 days from the date on which you received the merchandise delivered.

In order to receive a refund, you must inform us by email: at ladonna@breathedeepwithin.com or by visiting our website: https://breathedeepwithin.com/bdw-apparel

BDW will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned items. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

In order for the merchandise to be eligible for a return, make sure that:

· The merchandise was purchased in the last 14 days.

· The merchandise is in the original packaging.

· The merchandise was not used or damaged.

· You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

The following merchandise cannot be returned:

· The merchandise is made to your specifications or personalized.

· The merchandise is damaged and not suitable to be returned. 

· The date of expiration is over.

· The merchandise are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

· Returning BDW merchandise mixed with other items that are not the BDW brand.

Breathe Deep Within reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.  

Returning Merchandise

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the merchandise to us. Send the merchandise to the following address:

Breathe Deep Within will not be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the merchandise or proof of received return delivery.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for the same one, contact us. Please note that we only replace merchandise you received defective from manufacturer or the wrong size. Be sure to double check your size before you order BDW apparel.
