2. Order Cancellations

If eligible, your payment will be refunded using the same payment method you used for your order. No cancellation fees apply.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned merchandise. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as your original order.
4. Return Conditions
For merchandise to be eligible for a return, it must meet the following conditions:
- Purchased within the last 14 days.
- In its original packaging.
- Not used, worn, or damaged.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items Not Eligible For Return:
- Customized or personalized merchandise.
- Items damaged due to misuse or not suitable for resale.
- Expired products.
- Merchandise not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
- BDW merchandise returned with non-BDW items.
Breathe Deep Within reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions.

6. Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for merchandise that is:
