I find the focused breathing exercises most helpful. Breath-holding has been a personal challenge for me, so having several specific exercises that I utilize daily has been life-altering.

Since my first class, I've made it a priority to make time for this meditation session as it's a better way to unwind from my busy week and go into my weekend. LaDonna starts by facilitating several breathing activities and then moves the class into a guided meditation. Each time I've attended she changes up the activities so that it's not the same thing each week. Additionally, she models and allows for questions. While meditation is a sacred practice and should be treated as such when something is funny we can all laugh and get back on track.
