Breathe Deep Within LLC provides meditation, breathwork, sound therapy, and related wellness services, both in-person and online. Services may include classes, workshops, events, and digital content.

4. Payments & Refunds 

• Payment is required at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise stated.
   
• Refunds are granted only as outlined in our cancellation or refund policies, which may vary by service or event.
   
• Digital products and recordings are generally non-refundable once delivered.

5. Cancellations 

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a class or session, please provide at least two days notice.
   
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any class, workshop, or service. In such cases, you will be offered a refund or credit.

6. Intellectual Property 

• All content provided by Breathe Deep Within LLC, including but not limited to written materials, guided meditations, recordings, logos, and digital products, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
   
• You may not copy, distribute, sell, or otherwise use our content without prior written consent.

7.  Code of Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. By participating in our services, you agree to:

• Treat instructors and participants with respect.
   
• Refrain from disruptive or harmful behavior.
   
• Follow class guidelines and instructions.
   

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating these standards.

8. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Breathe Deep Within LLC is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your participation in our services.
   
• You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Breathe Deep Within LLC, its owner, and facilitators from any claims arising out of your participation.
