Blessings. My name is LaDonna Funderburke, Certified Meditation and Wellness Workshop Facilitator, Cultural Healer, and Founder of Breathe Deep Within. For over 20 years, meditation, visualization, and breathwork have been integral to my daily practice.


Through my work, I have the privilege of sharing the transformative power of mindfulness techniques in diverse spaces, including professional settings, non-profit organizations, leadership teams, K-12 classrooms, and women’s groups.


I teach simple, accessible mindfulness techniques—so you don’t have to overthink how to breathe and relax. These practices can enhance your well-being and introduce a new way of living rooted in balance and presence.


My holistic approach fosters a warm, welcoming environment for community healing, where individuals feel comfortable meditating, allowing them to release tension and fully embrace the present moment.


As an artist, I find deep joy in working with children, guiding them to use meditation as a tool for relaxation and creative expression. My goal is to help them enjoy the process of creating art while embracing their natural artistic instincts.


At the heart of my mission is a commitment to bringing alternative healthcare and wellness to diverse and underserved communities, particularly BIPOC communities in need of deep inner healing, recovery, and peace. Breathe Deep Within is dedicated to cultivating harmonious, healthy communities with a shared purpose of achieving a vibrant life.

Breathe Deep Within: A Community Rooted in Healing


Founded in 2018, Breathe Deep Within was created to bring alternative healthcare to diverse communities, ensuring people of all cultures have easy access to wellness in a supportive and loving environment.


Everyone deserves a life of health and happiness, enriched by the benefits of daily mindfulness techniques and practice.


Our group classes welcome people of all ages and backgrounds, united by a shared purpose:


-To breathe with intention

-To deepen their connection to their inner self

-To release limiting beliefs with ease

-To move forward with clarity and renewed spirit


Through mindfulness techniques, we learn to embrace our paths with patience and understanding. Healing is not just an individual journey—it is a collective experience. When one person commits to healing, they inspire the group to heal. At Breathe Deep Within, we focus on community healing both individually and collectively, with love, respect, and support.

Most classes are currently held online, with in-person sessions available on Tuesdays or by request for workplace or special events. Check the class schedule for times, dates, and links to join. Choose the day and time that best fits your schedule.
